GreenWood Ave Sanitary Sewers
- Location Pequannock New Jersey Morris County
- Installed over 1,500 feet of sanitary sewer main which required extensive dewatering.
- Cuts on the order of 30 feet were required to reach proposed invert elevations.
- Contracted out to Tomco Construction
- Completed in 2007
Northern New Jersey Acreage
- In 1996 Badanco purchased over 600 acres in northern New Jersey lying in the towns of Riverdale, Kinnelon, and Pequannock. -The local newspaper referred to the purchase as "...one of Morris County's largest land sales in recent history."
- Pequannock tract became a 1300-unit senior campus facility called Cedar Crest, one of the largest and most successful of such facilities in the Northeast.
- A key element involved in the development of his project was negotiating access to the site through the Riverdale tract.
- Our vision of a high quality, single family residential community on the Kinnelon portion evolved into Badanco Heights, a striking project of forty homes. The project has a 20 acre lake with a class 1 dam.
- We had to create and extend multiple roads in Kinnelon. Amira Lane, Sawmill Rd, Denise Dr, Thornwood Dr, Wedgewood Dr. Graceview Dr.
Untermeyer Lake Dam Rehabilitation
- Located in Kinnelon New Jersey
- Rehabilitated an existing class 1 dam that holds a 20 acre lake
- The dam consisted of over 1,200 yards of reinforced concrete
- The project was nominated for the concrete of the year award.
- Received an honorable mention.
- Contracted out to Ritacco Construction
- Completed in 2008

- 170,000sqft warehouse
- Badanco added a 30,000sqft addition onto the current building within 90 days
- Currently researching Going Green with the utilization of solar roof panels to generate on site power.
Ryerson Homestead
- Location: 44 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Wayne New Jersey Passaic County
- Ryerson Homestead was built 1784 and is documented as a historic building in New Jersey
- The Ryerson Family was one of the first settlers in Wayne New Jersey
- Badanco Holding Co. LLC currently operates their real estate division from this location
