- Construction involved the blasting of over 100,000 cubic yards of rock.

Cascade Road Water Main Extension
- Located in Butler and Kinnelon, New Jersey Morris County
- Offsite water main that increased water pressure to the Borough of Butler
- Over 5,000 feet of 16 inch water main
- Contracted out to Schenley Construction
- Completion date August 2009
The Castle
- Located 600 route 23 South Pequannock, New Jersey Morris County
- High visibility where over 80,000 cars pass daily
- 42 Acres on Highway 23
- 85,000 sqft State of the Art Catering Facility
- 90% of the entitlements have already been obtained.
- 6 different style ball rooms
- Over 2,000 person capacity per event.
- Construction will involve over 700 timber piles with an anticipated length of 45 feet per pile.
